Layout Specifications
Aakash will have 30 to 60 feet wide roads, Underground Sewage Lines with Sewage Treatment Plant, Underground Water Supply Lines, Covered Box Drainage Systems, Electrical Lines with Transformers, Centralized Overhead tank, Pump House, Bore Wells and Rainwater Re-charging of Bore wells. There is a provision for Common Club House with Swimming Pool.
The Government of Karnataka has now made it compulsory to have Rain Water Harvesting and Solar Water Heating Systems for houses built on 600 sft of floor area or site area of 1200 sft and above.
