All the survey numbers viz. 74, 111, 112 & 139 are fully converted for residential purpose and land documents have been verified by M/s Kannur & Katti Lawyers appointed by the Developer.
Further, response from BIAAPA on chosen survey numbers as per their CDP 2021 as well as Government of Karnataka Order of 2004 has confirmed that all authorized change of land use, conversions from agricultural land to non-agricultural purposes will be protected.
BIAAPA approval has been received for Phase I covering 84 plots planned on survey numbers 111 (4 Acres 6 Guntas) and 112 (4 Acres 3 Guntas) . M/s Karnataka Bank is being tied up for loan towards purchase of site & construction.
